Mind/Body Yoga

Students of all levels are invited to join this style of class. Clear instruction is given in breathing technique, warm-up, and posture flow. Participants will develop body awareness, posture alignment, and core strength using basic poses. Experienced students are encouraged to explore advanced variations in familiar postures. Restorative Yoga

Come to our Restorative Yoga class and you’ll enjoy a peaceful, calming, and renewed experience in both mind and body. Release stress, stretch, and grow stronger by following yoga poses and measured breathing. As with all yoga classes, the unique teaching style of each Mind/Body instructor will be present. Yin Yoga

A delightfully slow-paced style of yoga with postures, also called asanas, that are held for greater benefit and increased mind/body connection. This style of yoga targets the deep connective tissues and fascia, and helps regulate the flow of energy in the body. Yin Yoga increases circulation in the joints, improves flexibility, inner peace, and feeling connected to life energy. Work at your own pace, with guidance from your instructor on proper pose techniques, with variations and modifications as needed to meet you where you are in your yoga practice. Core Alignment Pilates/Yoga

Balance and flexibility go hand in hand – and both are key to a strong, supportive, well-functioning body. Enhance your core with this unique, creative combo class of Pilates and Yoga that targets your body’s core muscles. Strengthen, lengthen, and support your entire body while learning proper technique to prevent injury and improve balance and flexibilty. Adaptable for all levels. See our schedule for class times.

Mindful Alignment Yoga

Students of all levels will enjoy this amazing mind/body class. In this class, you’ll focus on your breathing, correct posture, and multiple pose variations. The goal is to leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and centered. Check our schedule for class times.

Gentle Yoga

If you simply want to surrender to ultimate calmness, this class is ideal. Perfect for first-time yoga students, students with limited mobility, and even experienced students.  Basic yoga postures and breath work are embraced in a highly gentle nature. Our primary goal is to coordinate movement with the breath, to remove unstuck energy and allow the natural flow of air and energy to move throughout the body to enhance mind, body, and spirit.

When the energy does not move throughout the body in its most natural state, this misalignment interferes with quality of life.
