Dave says his wife introduced him to yoga and the talented instructors at Out the Box fitness in early 2012. Since then, he’s practiced and studied most of the hatha yoga styles; Mind/Body, Yin, Vinyasa Flow, and Bikram. Becoming a registered yoga teacher through Out the Box Fitness in mid 2017, most of Dave’s experience is in teaching a fun yet slower and gentler mind/body yoga.

“My yoga asana cuing promotes breath with movement and includes inspiring techniques to help you get the most out of your yoga postures while avoiding undue stress. The goal of my classes is to have my students leave feeling happy and refreshed with a desire to come back for more,” he says.
