Jessica’s interest in yoga started years ago as a means of exercise. Soon, she began and at home practice, where she noticed the benefits extended beyond the physical. Yoga became a way to combine exercise with added benefits of mental focus and relaxation. As her interest in yoga grew, Jessica sought to expand her personal knowledge about the body and movement. She completed Yoga Teacher Training with Out The Box Mind Body Studio. What started as a personal goal quickly turned in to a desire to teach. In her classes, you will find emphasis on breathing, alignment, and a love for using props. More than anything, Jessica wants to create an authentic environment where yoga is accessible to all.
